Synopsis: The year is 2019. A mysterious plague devastated the earth, transforming the world's population into vampires. Humans are now a sort of second class and at risk of disappearing - forced into hiding because they are hunted and bred for consumption of vampires, to the brink of extinction. It's up to Edward Dalton, a vampire scientist who refuses to feed on human blood, honing a blood substitute that can feed the vampires and save the few humans that remain. But time and hope are running out until Ed knows Audrey, a human survivor who takes an extraordinary medical breakthrough. In possession of a knowledge by which both vampires and humans willing to kill, Ed has to fight his kind in a deadly battle that will decide the fate of the human race
